Shonan Beach FM broadcasts on 78.9 FM and it was established on December 3, 1994. Ten years after it started, it had gathered the potential of reaching around 200,000 listeners in Japan alone and many more via the internet.
Although the radio station is mostly in Japanese, the website offers a little information in the English language as well although this is quite minimal.
